Pay Rate

  • $20.00 – $45.00 per hour (Plus lucrative bonus incentives to reward your hard work and efficiency!)

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience (Required).

  • Core Skills: Strong, solid foundation in mechanical repairs, including oil changes, brakes, fluids, tires, and alignments, with a drive to expand your technical capabilities.

  • Credentials: Must possess a valid driver’s license.

  • Certifications: Virginia State Inspection License is highly preferred.

  • Trustworthiness: Must be reliable, professional, and able to pass a standard background check and drug test.

  • Mindset: A growth-oriented attitude. You aren't just looking for a paycheck; you’re looking to master your craft.
